A new site launched yesterday called glassdoor.com in which employees can talk about everything and anything pertaining to the workplace, particularly compensation.

A REALLY REALLY Scary Day at Work

I don’t know whether this really happened or if it was staged. Either way, it’s a good reminder to brush up on those “Violence in the Workplace” policies. The CDC and NIOSH are great resources to learn about risk factors, prevention and non-violent solutions.
UPDATE: It was indeed a fake. I knew it!
