CA Meal and Rest Regulations Update

The DLSE has opened a third 15-day public comment period, from July 8, 2005 to July 25, 2005, regarding modifications to the proposed regulations for Meal and Rest Periods (Title 8 California Code of Regulations, Section 13700) per the NCHRA .
