Challenges for CA Employers in Marriage Ruling

With the recent California decision making same sex marriage legal, the even more recent decision by the Court denying a stay, and while a very good thing, employers in California can expect that they will be facing challenges in trying to comply with the ruling.

Jackson Lewis has a great article outlining some of these challenges, particularly around benefits and taxes.
