		<description>Thanks for posting.  HR is often painted with a very wide brush, particularly with people who have had bad experiences with HR.  I don&#039;t know McKesson HR, but if the HR Staff truly laughed at Ms. Robie, then shame on them.</description>

		<description>As an employee at the time of this  wrong-doing, it was to say the least uncofortable sitting and watching this behavior by the &#039;supervisor&#039; with the support of not only local HR, but corporate HR and I think that the ruling stating that the evidence was weak in regards to the corporate involvement was unfair.  Every employee in that building should partake in a class action suit against such senseless &amp; ruthless behavior that management and HR laughed opening about. - And guess what - the company still practices in he same manner - this verdict has not curbed the behavior at all.</description>
