A Good Reminder

This SF Gate article is a good reminder for every California employer to train their managers on sexual harassment avoidance. What an emloyee has done in the past should not matter to an employer (with certain exceptions) and as I stated in my first post, employees should be treated consistently and fairly . This was certainly not the case.

Oh yeah, please remember AB1825 requires that California employers provide two hours of sexual harassment avoidance training to all supervisory staff employed as of July 1, 2005 and every 2 years thereafter.
