Just when I think I’ve seen it all, here’s a website that encourages people to lie on their resumes, submit fake references and be duplicitous in interviews.
So much for ethics. Just proves that you never know what you’re going to get when you advertise a positon.
Considering the corporate drive to outsource jobs, cut or eliminate promised pensions, expect overtime work without pay, and frequent scandals in the news, is it at all a surprise that employees might want to use the same cutthroat techniques? Corporations have proven that they have no lasting loyalty to their employees, so why should employees be loyal to them? Finally, isn’t the bottom line if you can do the job, rather than what people do or don’t say about you? As long as they’re not a criminal, why not give them a try if you like how they respond in interviews?
In other words, two wrongs make a right?
